» Carpet Cleaning
We offer the following basic services for the proper maintenance of your carpet spot removal shampoo cleaning, deodorizing, Scotch Guarding. We can also provide pet odor removal, chewing gum removal and emergency water extraction.

» Construction Clean-up
Post construction clean-up involves the removal of dust and total cleaning the following items in your new environment lighting fixture, ceiling fans, walls, windows, furniture. Also restrooms are thoroughly cleaned, carpets are vacuumed, and hard surface floors are prepared for regular floor care.

» Hard Surface Floor Care
We offer care for the following floor types, ceramic tile, marble, wood. Floor finishing procedures such as stripping, sealing waxing or high-speed burnishing on a periodic basis are part of our hard floor care package. We can also provide emergency water clean-up.

» Lighting Maintenance
All lighting fixtures on walls and ceilings are dusted on a monthly basis. We also make daily checks to insure that there are no burned out light bulbs in your facility.

» Make-Ready Services
Prior to occupying your new facility, We will provide cleaning of these areas, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, walls and windows. Also, kitchens are detailed, restrooms are thoroughly cleaned, carpets are vacuumed, and hard surface floors are prepared for regular floor care.

» Parking Lot Maintenance
All trash is removed from your parking lot area on a weekly basis. We also check for trash at your building's entrances and exits, on adjoining sidewalks and in flowerbeds. All trash receptacles are emptied and we clean up around the dumpster area.
