SCHEDULE OF CHARGES

NORMAL VERIFICATION
A flat rate of RS 2500/- to 4500/- shall be charged if investigated with in and around Delhi Service Tax @ 10 % shall be charge extra.

PRIMARY CHARGES
A flat rate of RS 10000/- shall be charged if investigated with in and around Delhi.

SECONDARY CHARGES
An amount of RS 20000/- shall be charged if investigation exceeding 125 kms.

The above quoted rate are inclusive of all other incidental charges.

To retain our services you will have to pay 25% of the professional fees as advance and  Rest of the payment i.e 75% after completion of the work


GENERAL CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
WE will provide each division or group with the profile form. This form will give us the Capability of handling of your work in accordance to your needs
The following information should be included with each case:
For each individual we want a copy of record
Name and telephone of the individual.
If know, why your customer has not paid their bill and any other data management believes will be beneficial.

ACKNOWLEDGE OF PLACEMENT
Value care shall acknowledge in writing all individual placed for investigation. The acknowledgement shall show your bank’s customer file no, value care file no, the name of the customer.

INDIVIDUAL INVESTIGATION STATUS REPORT
Value care will issue an initial written report for each individual placement, within 15 days from the date of acknowledgement subsequent reports will be as appropriate but no more than thirty days apart by written advice or telephone

AVERAGE INVESTIGATION TIME
The average investigation time as measured from date opened until last investigation is 60 days.
